Hi ,
November 2015 I bought 45 Watt Tube, have no time to fit it until last week,
after fitting try to make a beam alignment but laser beam looks bit weird ,
picture below.
My old tube beam was just a spot , this one looks scattered.
Any Idea?

Is this mark made directly from the tube, or after the mirrors?

If it's after the mirrors, it is not aligned properly. If the new tube is bigger than the old one, the beam may be hitting the side of one of the mirrors.

If this mark is the beam coming straight from the tube, I suspect the tube has a problem, the beam is not supposed to have that shape. Are you sure there is no paper or dirt in the opening where the beam comes out?

This is mark of beam straight from tube ,
tube element is clear and shiny without any marks.
