Very Tough Power Issue

We have purchased the X7 and tubes and power supplies from light object. We have been running without much issue for several months. Our company just moved into a new building. All of our DC power supplies are 220v input for the lasers and DSP.
We set the machines up hooked them into the 220 and quickly noticed a problem. We noticed that the power settings would jump way up on a single 1% increase. We used our synrad power wizard to test wattage from the tube. @ 20% PWM power we would get 30 watts output off the laser tube. @ 30% we would get full power almost 100watts.
Things I have done to troubleshoot the porblem.
1. Tested PWM output from the DSP. Tested Perfect *
2. Ordered 2 new power supplies from you guys about a week ago. Same problem
3. Switched new power supplies to 110v ac input and hooked up to 110.... Same result.
4. Tested AC power input. Test resulted in 242AC volts to the machine. Not sure if this is our issue?
5. Hooked up synrad UC2000 laser controller to bypass dsp and test laser output with PWM settings. Same restult as DSP
My plans today will be to test pwm every 5% increments. Read MA output from power supply. Log all the data. Then take power supply to another 220vac location and test to see if I get the same results.
Currently I can only assume that the 242VAC is throwing off the linear power output of the laser power supply. Does anyone have any other thoughts on this. We currently can't run our business because when the laser ramps in and out of cuts the power changes to drastically causing cuts to either burn through or not enough.
