Bubble From Hell

I have tried to turn the tube and elevate it and lower it and no matter what i cannot get this bubble out of the end of the tube. Its on the business end of the tube. I have searched and everyone suggested to have the tube in the position it is in to stop this but its still their :/ Any other advise?

Reverse the waterflow for a while.. see if it can exit on the other side? (DO NOT laser while the flow is reverted!.... probably your flowsensor will block the lasering)
Sometimes adding small airbubbles will take a bigger airbubble to the exit.. ..

THANK YOU!! I did that a few times and now it only has like a very very small 1.5mm x 1.5mm bubble at the end. If i was not looking for it i would not even see it
I bet that small a bubble will be fine. other then that the tube is 100% clear!
