I have my new DSP installed and it's working well except that it frequently restarts in the middle of a job. It offers to resume the job after the restart but sometimes the origin is a bit off (maybe due to backlash in the axis). Any ideas what would cause the restarts?
Also, is it possible to change the speed or laser strength after a file has been uploaded to the DSP?

Re: Problem with LO-x7 restarting
The restart is usually caused by interference due to the poor grounding. Make sure that the case is well grounded and components such as LPSU, DC power supply, controller board,...etc grounded. Check your AC outlet to make sure that it has a 'real' grounding.
You can adjust the power once the job is running. But doing so, you will see the change of power because the burning level on the object will show the difference. It is not a good idea to change power or speed during a job
