Format or delete all files in the DSP card. It seems that it is either full or a file is corrupted.
Double check the USB cable and make sure that there is communication established between the card and the PC

Hey Marco, does the controller show a message when the onboard memory is full? Or will the files just not transfer?
Do you know how muck memory the 708 Lite has?
It would help me estimate how often I have to clear it.

I am having the same problem. I can talk to the DSP through the laptop, move the head to a position through the PC, but when I try to upload the file, I get this message. On a side note, I have noticed that lately the machine will ask if it should resume the job after power loss, or something to that effect. I have hit start before and allowed it to finish the job. It always comes back. I deleted all of the files on the DSP, and as long as there are no saved files, it doesn't ask. But the second I would upload a new file, i would start getting the message again during startup. I don't know if the two issues are linked or not. The machine uploaded fine 2 hours ago, I changed nothing, but it won't upload anymore. I am dead in the water, and need to get this running ASAP. I need to get some stuff finished!

Delete all files
Upgrade DSP OS
Run LaserCad V7.778
That's the solution
To clear out the 'message', press "Cancel"
