driver not working

hi all I had my lo-x7 updated it like it said in my email now my x7 wont work on my pc
says driver not working ?
AWC708 USB DEVICE
any help would be good ty

Go to the Download zone and download the latest LaserCad v7.60
You may want to upgrade the DSP OS. Make sure you erase all files before doing upgrade!

We did send you the manual when you purchased the DSP card. Check your email and download the manual for review
