hi marco and all
I did install the lasercad v. 7.43 and since then all the cuts are fine rippled like the PPI is on but it is greyed out.
there are th number 200 in the greyed but no check mark.
I am very familiar with the AWC 608 and checked all settings and all mechanical parts nothing wrong there, it must come from the program
is there a fix for this???
I changed the soft cfs but the ppi does not come on. for me it does not matter because I never use it.
I would apriciate any help
greetings

You need to edit the file "SoftCfg.ini". Then make change on the following item and set it to "1"
IfEnbleCountAndPPI=1
Better to get V7.57B because it support Illustrator, CorelDraw X6 and Win7/Win8

hi marco
I installed the new version 7.57B, but it doe not change a thing. I checked the softcfg.ini the if enable countand ppi is set to 1,
still in the program its greyyed out I also try to change it to 0 then saved it restarted and the same thing then I changed it back to 1 and sved it restarted computer again and still the same thing.
before installing the new version I have manually delete all old lasercad files.
I don't know how to fix it
the most importand part is that the cuts come out smooth again like before.
thanks ad greetings

You may want to search an entire PC for the "SoftCfg.ini" files and make the change.
It seems that somewhere in your PC there is a "left over" SoftCfg.ini file and caused the trouble
Remember to turn off any anti-virus program and run the installation
I have no trouble to enable the "PPI" after I switched that statement from "0" to "1"
