Ok, probably a stupid question. But I cannot seem to find the instructions for the Z-Table on the forum anywhere.

I found the instructions for DSP upgrade, but either I'm blind or the instructions for the Z-Table are not there.

The upgrade doesn't include instruction for the Z table. But the setup is pretty much the same as set up for either X or Y.
If you're not using DSP to drive the Z, you may use an external controller board. Look at this manual: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1493
