Laser stays on

I lost a tube the other day but had one here. when the tube broke it arched. when i installed the new one and tested the laser it would not shut down and continued to fire.
When a tube is cracked, it become air filled and no current can be conducted through the tube from the PSU. Arc fire mostly happened and could kill the LPSU if not completely, at least the PWM circuitry could be damaged by the high voltage feedback.
