I'm back on the workbench with my second Synrad Firestar but with the AWC708C now, last time I worked with AWC608 and that machine is now working like a charm. I just received my order for 3 motores, 1 DSP and power supply, all the rest for a working laser machine I have it right here in my Gravograph.
I'm gonna post pictures and updates of the process on this post, so keep checking every once in a while!
Thanks!
Hermes Sandoval.

Hi Hermes
Was it straight forward to connect the Synrad to the AWC708C?

Re: Synrad Firestar v40 & AWC 708
I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been swamped with work, thankfully. The connection to the Synrad v40 was the hardest part, the first time over, but from then on I understood a lot about laser tubes and their power sources. If you need any help you can send me a PM (it will appear on my personal email). The proper cable configuration for this conection is on the synrad v40 manual, I learnt a lot from it.
Hope this can be of help
