The auction says " CAD system support: March2,Mach3, ArtCam, KCam" but I don't see any support.

Where are the setup parameters for these softwares? I see some screen snapshots for Mach 3. Where are the parameters for the others?

Why is there no settings or driver file for this card if there is "CAD system support"?

The card support well for Mach3 and Kcam, the setting is simple and the screen shot are enough to make it work. The rest, you have to download the training video from Mach3 and learn how to use Mach3. We don't teach and we don't have that much skill on Mach3.
