Hi everyone
I have bought XLE900x600 kit and want to know how to calculate microstepping for this machine, it came with 3 phase stepping motors and got 3MD560 3 phase driver on hand.

Another question, the motor has 3 wires (yellow, green and blue) so which one goes to V and U and W ?

You don't need to do the calculation as the DSP will do it for you. For this stage, you may set the resolution to 3200 or 5000

It doesn't matter how you connect the U,V, and W as it is in "triangle" formation. Reverse any one of those wire wont' cause any damage but reverse the direction of movement.
