JLD612 will not enter auto-tune

Yes, I've read the manual, and posts on this forum. I hold the > button, the AT light never turns on, and there's no other indication of it auto-tuning either. The > button does work in settings.

Just to make sure, I've also held every other button for 4-5 seconds too. Still no AT.

Is there a reset, or something else I should try?
