Just tried adjusting it and still the same issue!
I think you are right about the close to border
For some reason even when I do a cut if I move the item to say middle of the workspace the controller still starts it at very top right
How do I fix that
I don't get what I'm doing wrong here
Also will post my engrave settings just so u guys can see maybe something is wrong there
Or is there a setting that tells it to start at the top no matter what that I don't know about

hi rushmore
you need to set the settings on the LCD display to soft and in the option check the right settings

hi rushmore
first the laser 2 should always be zero if you don't have two lasertubes.
but you need to check the setting in the manufacturer settings and then on the machione LCD in menue that you have set to soft

So great news. I had upgraded my laser cad software to the latest version and the OS on the controller.
All of the issues seemed to have gone away.
I'm able to engrave and everything.
Verry exciting

If you have "Work Space" set wrong, that will also result in the error you are seeing.

These are my settings. Yours may not necessarily be the same.

I get that error sometimes when I use the AI method of import. I switched to DXF and the error went away.
