box offset

Hello!
Yesterday the laser worked a full 8 hours making 500 identical cut logo's . No problem! (I'm cutting text and logo's on low power on wooden spatula's, so no engraving)
Today I wanted to make a new batch and for some reason 1 line of products was scrambled. lines went the wrong way and it was the same all over that array. So software is at fault i think.
I noticed that the box function was also at fault. When I do a big item (like 24 logo's in a array etc, something like 500x500 mm) every time I do a box the zero point moves up about 5 mm. For example:
I'm still working with lasercad 6.27
main board: 7.12.09.21
LCD board: 5.12.02.29
Are there upgrades in the updates? I would like to update but I'm also a bit cautious.
Next:
It seams to only have the problem in the y axis. Could it be a problem in the stepperdriver or communication between the driver and the awc 608?
Marco: You've send me the new firmware once but the link was dead. Could you please send the latest update to me?
Thanks!

- make a box and fire the laser at start point.
push the box button and the head makes the square.
For some reason the zeropoint is now 5 mm higher.
After 3 boxes the zeropoint was about 15 mm higher and unreliable.
