I have a question about the specifications of the following lens:

LSR-ZNSE2575HQ

High quality 25mm ZnSe focus lens for a 200Watt Co2 laser.
Diameter:25mm
Type: Focus lens w/ imported material
Base: ZnSe
Focus: 75.0mm
Suggestion max power: 200W
Laser type: 10600nm CO2

Is the focus really 75.0mm, isn't it supposed to be 76.2mm i.e. 3 inches ?

75.0mm just doesn't sound right to me...

I can't really answer the question whether is it exact 75.0mm or 76.2mm. Remember that the standard is "metric" but not Imperial (English) system. So, the unit is in "mm"

When I ordered lens, I ordered in the following standard size: 30.8mm, 50.8mm,63.5mm, 68.5mm, and 75mm. It is hard to measure the difference of 1mm unless there is optical equipment available. In fact, the difference of 1mm really not making much difference on focus point but the lower focus lens may be more significant.

By the way, the manufacturer is capable to make lens of difference focus point per request.
