Stamps making and hardboard cutting

Hi,
I still can not cut through hardboard (4mm) and make some usable stamp.
Could you please help with DSP and Lasercad and data settings??

You need to tell us what kind of machine your have before anyone can help
Need to know laser tube power, current, cutting speed with or without air assist, focus lens and distance
Better to post pictures or video

focus lens and distance - I hava up un down table

How fast did you run the cutting?
Current durring firing up?
Focus lens size, 38.5mm or 50.8mm?
Lens grade? Good transparency?
Mirroe and lens alignment tuned yet?
