Cutting and engraving on long works shift

Hey fellows, after many tries my laser cutter with the DSP is now working pretty good.
I even found a very nice Focus point and the cuts and engravings are very small and precise.

I still have one problem though.
As you can see from the image, the cuts (thus the engravings) won't line up sometimes. This happens on long works.

AS you can see the small diamonds in the middle of every pattern line should be lined.
The machine cuts the curves you see to the end of the working area, then, after making ONLY the first diamond (the one you see being higher then the second and all the other ones) starts going back to cut all of the other diamonds and as you can see, they end up being about 1.5mm lower then the first diamond.

Anyway I can fix this?

I thought it was a problem of the material moving around in the working area but I taped it and it doesn't move. The problem persists though.

:D

I read around but I am not sure what the problem is.
I am including the project if you want to try it ;)

Right now it looks like it's working by changing from falling to rising edge.

I am now working on a larger file with engraving too to see if it works ;)
