JLD612 and SSR not producing AC current

Hello,

Like many others I have a JLD612 connected to a PT100 and a 25A SSR for sous vide. I believe I have wired everything properly and have searched the forums for a similar problem.
While the probe and controller appear to work properly I can't get the SSR to produce any significant current (always less than .1 V) when the output and activity lights on the controller and SSR are lit.
I measure 6.5v DC output from terminal 6 & 7 at the controller.
I have tried a second SSR.

I don't believe the controller is malfunctioning due to the DC current produced.

Is there a something I have overlooked?

Thanks in advance!
AG

You means you connected AC power (aussming 110V) to one of AC terminal on the SSR and only got 0.1V from the other terminal while LED lit? Or didn't you connect AC power to the SSR at all? If SSR led lit, it means that te SSR now is in 'closed contact' and allowing AC current to pass through. If possible, post a connection diagram for review

Doh! I had it wired to supply current, not switch it...

Thanks for the prompt assistance Marco :)
