Cannot select input device using RS485

My JLD634 with RS485 has stopped controlling the selection of the input signal device. I can make the selection manually, but not through the RS485 link. When I read status of the JLD634 using the RS485 link, the input device always reads "T", even if manually set to "K". It seems as if the RS485 module has failed. Are replacement RS485 modules available for purchase?
