I hope Marco can help me with this, I upgraded the firmware in a 2012 DSP with the 120817V7 version, vector cutting works better than before but when I try to engrave something the acceleration is insane!, the motors move way too fast and the result is awful, before the upgrade I was getting pretty good engraving results but now the speed and acceleration are scary! no matter how low I set the acceleration in the user and manufacturer parameters in Lasercad, by the way, I'm using the new version of lasercad too, I'll try with 5.95 tomorrow to check if the problem is the DSP firmware or the lasercad update, please could you try testing some engraving with the new upgrade?, there must be an easy solution to this problem

I tested the engraving with lasercad 5.95 and the problem persists so its probably an error in the last OS upgrade, please someone test some engraving to check if I'm the only one getting this issue.

What is the setting on the "Manfuacturer Parameters"?

I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Can you post the setting of yours to let me to take a look. Pay attention to the "Distance (um)/pulse" FYI, you may try to recover by running the previous version. Give a try.

I have the manufacturer parameters exactly the same as they were before the upgrade, note that the problem only happens on engraving, if I do vector cutting speed and acceleration are normal, here are the settings I'm using:

Can you also send "User Parameters" and the file you have trouble with (.pwj5)

This is the user parameters, I even reduced cut jerk and speed jerk a lot but the problem persists, I had to load an older OS version, Please make some engraving tests, thank you!

Please update the status. Do you still have the issue?
By the way, I'll post another OS upgrade

Yes, still same problem, I had to go back to the previous firmware, did you try testing my file?, I think I'm going to have to wait for the next OS update
