Gaining ~5um every time?

Hey guys, I've emailed Marco about this issue, but just thought I'd ask here too unless it's a silly mistake.
Basically, if I reset the DSP, the carriage goes home. I then send it to 320, and set my micrometer on 0. I then send it back to 1, and send it back to 320, and it has moved an extra ~5um. If I send it back to one, and back to 320 multiple times, it keeps adding 5um or so onto the travelled distance. However, when I send it back to 0,0, it goes back and touches the limit switch normally.
I have a youtube video uploading now, though has anyone experienced this too?
Regards,
Dan
