The postal office says package is not in bound yet.
Marco, can we do something? Would you be willing to ship a new one using express shipping?

I will then return you the first one you sent when it gets here.
Since we're very short on time, I'd need to know if you can ship it today so we'd have a few days of margin to try to set it up and make it work.

I'll pay the full invoice again. When the other one comes in, I'll send it back to you and you can refund me the goods value ;)
Let me know man.

Thanks and sorry for all this.

We can send it by USPS Priority Express flat rate envelope for $45.
Paypal: Sales@lightobject.com

Let me know once payment sent. When you received, the 1st item, either send me $28 to keep it or return it to me

The metal cart where the lens placeholder is mounted has 4 ball bearings. They broke. Trying to take them out we did a mess. Broke the x axis rubber and also the cartridge got broken.

Would it be possible.to order from you the entire cartridge (without the laser lens place holder which is still.working) and the x axis rubber?
I may be a new guy on here, but I been around CNC and machine shop work for years. It looks as if your carriage pictures are showing water or corrosion damage from water?
