Tech_Marco wrote:Yes, new card with minor changed arrived. It fixed the 'tail light' issue and the memory download/upload is fixed on the LCD unit.
You may send yours back for exchange. All cards have been fully tested before sending to me. So, if any issue happened again once you received the new card, then no offensive, something must be done wrong on your side.

Following is a summary of the test results:
1) Writing files in .UD5 format to a memory stick (U drive): OK
2) Retrieving files from the memory stick through LCD: OK
3) Formatting the main board memory: OK
4) Delete files from the main board through LCD control: OK
5) Delete files from the main board through LaserCad: Not OK
6) Start a new job with pre-ignition problem: Not found
7) Pause a job and resume: OK
8) Resume from a pause that may cause any lost step: Not found
9) Resume a job from STOP being press: OK
10) Miss fire happend when disconnecting power from the mainbaord: Fixed
11) Pre-ignition (1/4" line) by setting Origin and power: Not found
12) Allow power setting change when job started: Yes
Overall, the tests result is satisfied. The #5 seems is a small bug on the software and should be fixed easily through programming. Most major problems have been fixed or not being able to duplicat from my tests.

Walt:
Why don't you just purchase a new set and return the one for refund. That way, no 'empty period'. Plus, I think the jupming issue was not associated to the DSP, it could be the stepping driver. Or, you can verify it by swapping X and Y to try it.
I'm having stomach flu and I won't do any test for today or tomorrow. I need some rest.
