Sorry I was referring to Position Relative. Make sure it is set how you expect it to be, and then download the job again. Attached are my screenshots of the settings I'm using, and yes as you can see from my thread I've also converted a K40 machine. I noticed you have hardware limit checked on your machine do you have 4 limit switches or just those for the home position?

hi gadroc
thanks for the reply. you know if the maual would be more specific then we wouldnt have to run around so much.
ok what do you mean with the position relative?
with no job loaded if I press the botton for run bpox or clip box there comes the message on the display allready " behond size" I had it working one time but the size was only have . but as I try it again without changing anythings it did not work anymore.
no I only have the 2 home position switchesand they work fine.
all other settings are like you.
I dont know what I do wrong

Uncheck hardware limit in the manufacturer parameters, I believe that is used when you have limit switches on both sides of the travel. Just set your bed size in the X/Y parameters on the same size.

The manufacturer and user parameters are stored in the DSP and not the software. Every time you open those pages hit READ to read the current settings from the DSP. Also once you make changes you have to press the WRITE button to send the new values to the machine. Also keep in mind that changes on the manufacturer parama will possibly change values on the user parama page.

hi gadroc
you must talk about a different DSP because the lasercut 5.5b from lightobject has not " write " botton only download and if you hit read and you had a different setting on the display from last work it changes to this settigs buit not what you want if you start a new page
greetings

Sorry it's labeled as save as seen in the screen shots above. I have the same 2012 dsp as you. The values you get after clicking read are thereal values your machine is using.
