Scan gap issue - Program bug LO-X7 - Lasercad 7.6

Hi Marco,

The X7 is working very well with no issues right now.
We will run for a few more days and discuss sending back the 608's for X7's.

We have used Corel bitmap dither. It does work well.
Not many of our customers use Corel.

Our pulses per um are 10.24 X and 4.96 Y. 3200 microsteps X, 800 microsteps Y

The laser is expanded 4X with a 25mm lens.
Spot size is approximately 50um.
We have tried lower resolutions and larger scan gaps, but 1000dpi seems to produce the best results.

BTW, Li, the programmer is taking a business trip to India. He won't be back until tomorrow. If anything need to be taken care, we have to wait till next week.
