They whole sale the tubes to the manufacturers with great discount and the responsibility relied on the manufacturer, unless you buy direct from Reci. Otherwise, RECI won't care much if it is their products.
Just like you buy a car in a car dealer. Something defective, you bring it back to the car dealer instead of sending it to the car manufacturer. Does it make more sense?
Even in US, there is so called "Authorized dealer" like Apple, Dell, or IBM. If you don't buy direct from them but through other channel, you won't get warranty. To me, it make sense. But to you, it may not.
