Marco hi, we had a problem with our machine.
The metal cart where the lens placeholder is mounted has 4 ball bearings. They broke. Trying to take them out we did a mess. Broke the x axis rubber and also the cartridge got broken.

Would it be possible.to order from you the entire cartridge (without the laser lens place holder which is still.working) and the x axis rubber?

I may be a new guy on here, but I been around CNC and machine shop work for years. It looks as if your carriage pictures are showing water or corrosion damage from water?
