icon for LC shows still version 5.82

I installed the latest version 5.85 of LC programm but the programm header still shows 5.82 is that supposed to be so??
did you check the new cards, they are OK especially the USB part with the USB stick connector and the LCD??
please let me know that I can send you thre old one on monday.

I had the same issue when I installed the software but I quickly found the solution. Just uninstall any traces of the old version and empty your recycle bin then install the new one. Hope it works for you.

解决的方法:先卸载之前的版本，再到安装目录（如:C:\LaserCAD）下删除所有文件，然后再重新安装LaserCut5.85。

Translate:
This is because the new installation didn't write over the eixisting software.
Solution: Before the installation, uninstall the old version. Then remove the whole folder (ex: C:\LaserCAD) into the garabage can. Then re-install the software again. It will fix that.
