150W power supply

we recently ordered a 150W power supply from you, but we only get 106 out of it. the one we ordered from you before puts out 134. these are with the 150W tubes we ordered from you as well. is there any way to turn the power supply up or what? if not is there any way we could get a power supply that somewhat matches the one we already have? this was for ACTI in Rock Hill SC

I asked you before but you never sent reply.
1) What is the current output from the PS??
2) How did you connect the PS to the tube when you did the test? Direct driven or through a controller (your machine)?

3)How did you measure the output from the tube, with or without reflection mirrors and the lens?

both tubes are hooked up to a control board that we got from you. we have this thing that measures power output by putting it in front of the beam and moving it around for 20 seconds, looks kind of like a meat thermometer. we took measurements, before mirrors coming straight out of the tube and after mirrors. specifications for the meter says not to measure after the lens or it will damage it. but on the tube that we're only getting 110 out of, is right at the tube before any mirrors. has to be the power supply because we get 134 out of it with the other power supply we got from you. and yes it's hooked up through the machine, I have a potentiometer I can hook up to it as well. I haven't measured the current output. but while the machine is running, both tubes at 98% you can see the difference in the power output of the tubes in how it's cutting, we need to have these at almost the same power if at all possible. both power supplies are hooked up in the same machine, in identical configurations. just one goes to lpt-1 and one goes to lpt-2 other than that they're identical

The best way to tell is to measure the current output from the power supply. Also, to test the full power of PS, you should bypass the controller and connect 5V to "IN", W to Ground, and TL to Ground. That way, you will get the full power from the PS. The power supply is capable to drive a 180W tubes. If it didn't, that means either a connection issue or a bad power supply. You can send it back for exchange if you think it's defective power supply.

what would the lead time on exchanging it be? it's gotta be in the power supply, I mean if I plug the other one up in its place I get much more power than the other almost 25 watt difference.
