I'm having an unusual issue that I cannot figure out what to do with it. Ever since I installed the X7 new a few years ago this has been an issue and I've found a way to deal with it but I'm trying to finally fix it permanently.
Basically, whenever the laser is turned on from being off it forgets the Y calibration but not X. I have to go into Raycam, launch the settings, go to Manufacturer settings and press read then write without changing anything. It'll ask for the password and then it's good to go. I use lightburn but can't even open that software to burn anything until I do the above steps or the Y axis will be off. I have no idea how to fix this, please help.

Re: Y axis will not maintain calibration
May be the battery on the mainboard is bad. You may want to replace the battery and give it a try
