Re: Beginner: what electronics do i need - 4 axis
A break-out board is an interface board for a stepping motor driver to communicate with a PC through the parallel board. All stand alone stepper driver is single channel. Our 2axis, 3axis, 4axis stepping motor controller indeed is a mixed of stepper driver and the break-out board. It's ready to be used with a PC.

Re: Beginner: what electronics do i need - 4 axis
Thanks for clearifying that for me.
currently I have
New version 2 axis CNC/laser machine Stepper Motor Controller
DC 24V /15A Switching Power Support
now I seems I only need:
print cable
Nema 23 Stepper Motors
looking at 118 uni-polor or 132 bi-polar torque
( KH56KM2R009)
I am assuming that thses Stepper Motors will work and that, that is all I need after purchasing the controller and power supply.
thanks again for all your help
