Laser cutter sizes not matching up - oversized SOLVED

Loaded software and the cutter not working properly. Box will produce an over sized outline - not sure what the problem is? I read the settings from the laser back into the manufactures settings? Any ideas

Did some investigating. I recently formatted main desktop computer and re-installed lasercad. Over the course of the last week had many other programs re-installed. I tried a sample cut from my laptop with the same connection - laser cutter worked fine as before (still having issues with stitch pattern but that has been since day one - still havent figured that out yet). Tried the main computer again but still same funky wierd stuff happening. So I uninstalled lasercad and reinstalled drivers etc. Tried a sample and voila it was back to normal. In a nutshell - unintalled lasercad then reinstalled with usb drivers and it worked - solved
