Hello again.
Thanks for the advice.
Done that and the voltage remains the same but cutting ability is reduced.

With the RC circuit in the drop in mA isn't as great as it was, only drops about 0.5 mA and the machine cuts better initially.
Begins cutting like it used to on analogue then drops away.
I don't understand the beast.

What does the RC circuit do and how does it work?

Finally found and fixed the problem
I was checking earths and got a tingle from it. Put a meter on it and had 80 volts.
Found the E-stop was connected to neutral and wiring had been mixed up at some point.
Rectified wiring and E-stop on positive and now going like clockwork.
