Can't upload

I have a problem with uploading to the DSP from LaserCad. When I press Download and then press Send To Machine, it goes through the motions but I don't hear the "beep" and the file does not appear. If I save it to the machine instead (save the file to my PC) and then load it that way, it works everytime. All of the control panel buttons work fine, reading config works fine etc.

I've tried reformatting the memory of the controller. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Using 7.09 over Ethernet.

I have similar problems. It will upload via USB a few times then I have to disconnect the cable, wait then reconnect and all is OK for a while again.
I just bought a new network switch to try connecting the laptop to the DSP (I used a switch because I wasn't clear whether I needed a crossover cable or not and didn't want to risk expensive damage - a 5-way switch cost less than a packet of three).
Still no joy with the nw connection. At all.
Don't understand why this element of the system is causing SO much trouble.

Me too, this happen every time, I have to unplug usb cable and it work everytime, getting really tire about this problem,
it almost never happen to old controller using PHCAD, also tried network connection some time work all the time for the day, next day
it is not working, it is not reliable at all, Marco should ask the design engineer to do some thing about it,
