please close CorelDraw and try to install again

I have Corel 12 but it won't run - keeps crashing so I found my X7 DVD, installed Corel X7 32b and when I try to install the Macro I get Please close CorelDraw and try to install again. Corel is closed.... Where can I get the 32b GMS files and I will add them manually

Not sure what happened, I ran a malware scan, rebooted the PC and started corel but while it was starting I applied the macro and it worked. So I am up and running.
