new probleme with lasercut 5.85

could you p[lease clear with the enginier how it comes that today I try to download a workfile to the machine and there comes the
down;load screen in chinese see attached screen shot.
it worked before today and all of a sudden this changed.
I have un-installed deleted all because the uninstall programm does not take out all of the programm, emty the receicle bin and re-installed , the same result then I un-installed and delete again and downloaded from your site the programm unzipt it and installd it again then it worked, but then it start again.

yes you can say so but it only comes after some time searious work 7 hours a day.
