help!!! My lasercut did shut down , I can not re install

Hi all
the lasercut 5.85 did shut down after some wired action and I could not reopen it
then I try a new installation but it does not work ether I downlaoded it again unzip t it with installation but it shows nowhere up
please helpme out here

hi all
all clear the point was that I have changed the Y stepper driver speed settings from 1600 to 3200
I did the size adjustment in manufacturer settings and saved it , the measurments was perfect but somehow it messd up the programm.
after resettings the stepper driver to the original 1600 it works perfect again
