When we start MoshiDraw 2014 software, it pops up a dialog box indicating that the "softkey" (USB licencing key) is not found. But... the orange licencing key is pulled into a USB port.
Background: I'm commissioning a new Windows 10 desktop PC to interface to our K40 laser. I've installed drivers from the Moshi install folder, but it's likely that these drivers are used to interface to the K40 controller board. There is a "USB.DLL" file in the Moshi install folder. Based on the filename I suspect that it plays a role in reading the USB softkey. But, no instructions on how that file might be used...
Our primary laser has the LO-X7 controller. A dream compared to the K40 setup !
Any ideas? hopefully this is enough to go on...
thanks,
Mike
