LPS potentiometer and red test button

About the 2020 white laser power supply.
The built-in potentiometer limits the maximum current output. (ex. if it is set half way, 100% output on controller means 50% overall output. 20% controller output means 10% overall output.)
The red test button outputs current and bypasses the water protection. If PWM-IN is not hooked up. It will output at mid power. If PWM-IN is hooked up. The output current will depend on the PWM/analog signal level(0~5V).
