Circles Cutting Strange after new setup

If anyone might be able to point out what I might be doing wrong, but my circles are now cutting strangely. Please take a look at the photo. Does anyone think it could be software related? Or is it possibly interference between stepper drivers/wiring or must be be mechanical slippage?
