Hello,

I purchased an E5 DSP in early December 2016 and have not been able to connect to it with RayCAM when hitting "Select Mode" and "Find Com", LaserCAD connected first try. The E5 has version 160428 installed so I thought it might be that I needed to update the firmware, using the firmware upgrade found here viewtopic.php?f=55&t=3435 I get an error message when attempting to update. USB is formatted to fat32 and the E5 can see the file and attempts to update then gives me an error message.

Same problem here,

I sent my LO E5 to Lightobject for repair / warranty issues to USA (I live in Europe), and asked in my letter to Lightobject also to update the firmware/software to work with Raycam. End of December I received a replacement DSP. This DSP is functioning well, but not with Raycam (DSP has software version 160428)
