What is the claimed accuracy of this device with the supplied thermocouples?

Does it incorporate an artificial cold junction or provide alternative cold junction compensation?

Can it be calibrated in the field?

Does it include 2 or just 1 thermocouple?

The listing indicates that resolution of either 1 degree or 0.1 degree can be selected, but the photo does not show buttons like the TES-1310 has to make the selection. How is 0.1 degree resolution selected?
