Wired this up as instructed (Connection diagram: download/DSP/LaserMachineWiringDiagram2.jpg) and am apparently getting Error. No instructions came with unit. The P/N showing on box is QB8130A, Range: DC 100mA

Please see attachments..

Any help would be appreciated.

You probably have the current sense wires reversed.
