jld404 watt meter

I just received my first JLD404, and have a couple of questions. I will be needing a shunt but have never heard of a 75 mA shunt, do you know where I can get one? If I am reading the manual right, this thing won't read below -15mA, so it can't read a charger and load on the same circuit! is that right?

It's 75mV, not 75mA!
