8146 current meter

What is the accuracy at low power?I'm looking power on the order
of 2 watts. I'm concerned about the voltage drop of the 20A 75mV
shunt. I want to measure the power from a solar panel
e.g. 5V@175mA. The 8145 should measure the voltage just fine.
I will use a calculator to multiply A*V for my power.
