Does this meter have the temperature probe with it? If so, how long is the lead?

I want to use it to measure the temp of my water for cooling the laser tube.

Yes it does. It's about 3ft long. Also, there is two other kind for selection

I ordered one of these and this thermocouple(http://www.lightobject.com/10ft-low-tem ... -P440.aspx). There are no instructions. How do I install the new thermocouple? Also, is there a way to calibrate this unit?
