Measure 125mA with the digital 20A current meter

I need to measure only 125mA to 250mA with the digital red 20A current meter. Using the heavy duty shunt recommended, I am only reading 7mA from a small solar panel providing 125mA. What shunt resistance do I need, and do you have such a shunt.
