Will this meter do what I need?

I am looking for a programmable meter to meter 0-24 volts DC. But, in programming it - I want it to display a number of 0 through 350 on the screen. Because my potentiometer controls this wide of a range, it would be useful for the display to show that.

Can anyone help? I am ready to buy whatever will do what I need!
