416PVA (with RS485 option) wiring setup

I'm going to be using the 416PVA to measure 0-50A and 120-240vac. I understand that I need a AC shunt, I'm going to get the 100A ES-A100A5. But for the V, can I just connect a wire from the N and L to the 15 and 16 pins, or do I also have to have a current transformer?
Thanks Rush

Sorry for the late reply. For the V, you don't need a transformer unless the input is over 500V. In that case, you want a ratio transformer to step down the voltage and program the meter for taking the ratio
